Mt.Longonot Hike
Mt.Longonot is a dormant stratovolcano mountain located about 68km from Nairobi.
Its height is 2780M above sea level and has a wide creater at the top.
The hike 3-6 hours depending on pace and fitness.
The hike from the gate to the crater rim is 3.1km and around the rim is 7.2km.
The total distance from the gate up to the rim,going round and descending down is 13.4km.
